Bagels are maybe a bit better then bruggers, but they definitely lack bruggers friendlyness, they didn't cut 1/2 my bagels, and most of the ones they did cut were uneven.

Great food and customer service. Daniela has to be one of the best cashiers I’ve come across. Would definitely recommend

Was pretty excited to see EBB open and couldn’t wait to stop in. Unfortunately my excitement was short lived. Stopped in yesterday morning on my way to work and they were super busy so when I got to my office and found barely any cream cheese, I chalked it up to being slammed with a new staff. Decided to give them another chance today and was pretty disappointed. My avocado toast barely had any avocado and the amount of cream cheese on the other bagel, while more than yesterday, certainly wasn’t worth what I paid for it. I get inflation has gone through the roof but if I you’re charging $5.58 for a single bagel and cream cheese, I better not see any part of the bagel. I’d also add that the “twice baked” hash brown was less than stellar. Come on y’all, judging by the amount of reviews with similar experience already, you aren’t gonna last long if you don’t get it together!

Clean, everyone is working and communicating with one another. Staff is friendly. The general manager seems to have a good relationship with the staff as well which is always palpable. The general manager took my order, I was a bit confused on how the app/mobile ordering works, but he was very accommodating. Reminded me of other rewards/promotions going on. Inviting atmosphere. Ordered the cinnamon sugar bagel with the (?walnut cream cheese). And caramel iced coffee. Both were good. I miss breugger’s, but Einstein Bros is quite good — so I’m glad they’re here.
